Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support for ONT/ONU devices to ISPs, partners and end customers via call, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot common issues: no link/LOS, PON LED status, no internet, PPPoE/DHCP/Bridge mode problems, WiFi speed and coverage issues
Perform remote configuration and basic diagnostics through the device web GUI/Telnet
Assist with WiFi settings, VLAN, port forwarding, VoIP/SIP basics and firmware upgrade guidance
Check ONU registration status, optical power levels and alarms on EPON/GPON OLT
Log, track and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 with proper logs and detailed documentation
Maintain issue records and follow SLA and TAT commitments
