Job Description:

Company: ABC Customer Service Pvt Ltd • Candidates have to make outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about car service options in our client’s service center. • They have to attend inbound calls from prospective customers who call after viewing marketing materials of the client online. • They have to listen to the queries asked by customers and provide relevant answers. • They should provide details of the service, price, location, etc., and any other information requested by the customers. • They should aim to invite and fix service appointments for the customers to the nearest service center of the client company. • They should pass on the details of the interested customers to the client. • They should populate relevant details of the conversation, such as customer name, car company, car model, registration number, phone number, city, service center visit date, budget, etc., in MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM and pass on the details to the showroom. • They should aim to build a good relationship with customers over call. • They have to answer all the queries put forward by customers and help build their trust in the brand.
