Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers over the phone. Assist customers with account-related queries, transaction issues, and service requests. Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers. Follow banking processes, compliance guidelines, and data security procedures. Record customer interactions and update details accurately in the system. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team. Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Customer-service-oriented attitude. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems. Willingness to work in a voice-based customer support environment. Freshers can apply; prior banking/customer support/BPO experience is an advantage.
